Braunschweiger Spread

Ingredients

• 8 ounces braunschweiger liver sausage
• 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 1/3 cup mayonnaise
• 3 tablespoons dill pickle relish
• 2 tablespoons onions, minced
• 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
• 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
• 1 loaf pumpernickel cocktail bread

Recipe

• 1 combine first 7 ingredients; mix well.
• 2 pat mixture in a bowl lined with plastic wrap. cover and chill.
• 3 unmold and put round part up on a serving platter and sprinkle with parsley.
• 4 serve with pumpernickel bread party slices.
