Braunschweiger Spread

Ingredients
- 8 ounces braunschweiger liver sausage
- 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons dill pickle relish
- 2 tablespoons onions, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 loaf pumpernickel cocktail bread
Recipe
- 1 combine first 7 ingredients; mix well.
- 2 pat mixture in a bowl lined with plastic wrap. cover and chill.
- 3 unmold and put round part up on a serving platter and sprinkle with parsley.
- 4 serve with pumpernickel bread party slices.
