Bacon & Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 24
  • 24 large mushroom caps
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
  • 1 cup diced cooked bacon
  • 2 scallions, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise, about
  • garlic seasoning
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 heat oven to 350 f.
  • 2 in a large bowl, combine cheeses, bacon, scallions and seasonings.
  • 3 add mayo, 1/2 cup at a time until ingredients bind and mixture is creamy not soupy.
  • 4 spoon mixture into caps and bake until cheese is golden brown, about 10-15 minutes.
  • 5 do not over bake, mushrooms will become soggy.
