Bacon & Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms

- 24 large mushroom caps
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
- 1 cup diced cooked bacon
- 2 scallions, thinly sliced
- 1 cup mayonnaise, about
- garlic seasoning
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 350 f.
- 2 in a large bowl, combine cheeses, bacon, scallions and seasonings.
- 3 add mayo, 1/2 cup at a time until ingredients bind and mixture is creamy not soupy.
- 4 spoon mixture into caps and bake until cheese is golden brown, about 10-15 minutes.
- 5 do not over bake, mushrooms will become soggy.
