Bacon And Artichoke Appetizers

Ingredients
- 1 (1 lb) package low-sodium bacon
- 2 (7 1/2 ounce) jars marinated artichoke hearts
- 1 (8 ounce) bag pre-shredded mozzarella cheese

Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375°f
- 2 drain artichoke hearts.
- 3 wrap half a piece of raw bacon around each artichoke heart. skewer with toothpick to hold together. place on baking sheet, i recommend using parchment paper for easy clean up.
- 4 bake at 375 for 20-25 min, until bacon is cooked through.
- 5 top with mozzarella cheese and bake another 5 minutes until cheese is melted and just starting to brown.
- 6 let cool and enjoy!
