Bacon And Artichoke Appetizers

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (1 lb) package low-sodium bacon
  • 2 (7 1/2 ounce) jars marinated artichoke hearts
  • 1 (8 ounce) bag pre-shredded mozzarella cheese
  • toothpick

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 375°f
  • 2 drain artichoke hearts.
  • 3 wrap half a piece of raw bacon around each artichoke heart. skewer with toothpick to hold together. place on baking sheet, i recommend using parchment paper for easy clean up.
  • 4 bake at 375 for 20-25 min, until bacon is cooked through.
  • 5 top with mozzarella cheese and bake another 5 minutes until cheese is melted and just starting to brown.
  • 6 let cool and enjoy!
