Bacon And Sweet Corn Tarts

Ingredients
- 250 g bacon, chopped finely
- 420 g creamed corn
- 1 cup tasty cheese, shredded
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup soy sour cream
- salt and ground black pepper
- 6 sheets frozen puff pastry
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 200°c.
- 2 grease 24 tins.
- 3 fry bacon 5 mins, set aside.
- 4 combine sweet corn, cheese, eggs, and sour cream. add salt and pepper and mix to combine.
- 5 'add 2/3 of the bacon.
- 6 use a 10cm round cutter to cut pastry and line the tins.
- 7 spoon in corn filling and sprinkle rest of bacon on top.
- 8 bake 20 -25 minutes serve warm.
