Bacon And Sweet Corn Tarts

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 250 g bacon, chopped finely
  • 420 g creamed corn
  • 1 cup tasty cheese, shredded
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup soy sour cream
  • salt and ground black pepper
  • 6 sheets frozen puff pastry

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 200°c.
  • 2 grease 24 tins.
  • 3 fry bacon 5 mins, set aside.
  • 4 combine sweet corn, cheese, eggs, and sour cream. add salt and pepper and mix to combine.
  • 5 'add 2/3 of the bacon.
  • 6 use a 10cm round cutter to cut pastry and line the tins.
  • 7 spoon in corn filling and sprinkle rest of bacon on top.
  • 8 bake 20 -25 minutes serve warm.
