Cheese Crisps

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 1 (8 ounce) package shredded cheese (any kind)
  • 1/2 yellow onion, chopped fine
  • 1/4-1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 loaf french bread

Recipe

  • 1 pre-heat broiler.
  • 2 slice french bread fairly thin and place on baking sheet.
  • 3 mix together the cheese and onions with enough of the mayo.
  • 4 so that it isn't too dry or too soupy.
  • 5 put mixture on top of bread slices.
  • 6 broil until brown and bubbly on top (keep an eye on them the first time, they brown quickly!).
