Any Bean Sandwich Spread

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked beans
  • 2 tablespoons grated onions
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried sage
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Recipe

  • 1 mash beans thoroughly.
  • 2 mix in the remaining ingredients.
  • 3 spread on yummy whole grain bread and top with sprouts and other veggies.
