4 Cheese Mexican Tortilla Appetizers

Ingredients

- 6 6 inch fajita-size flour tortillas
- 1 (16 ounce) can ortega refried beans
- 1/2 cup ortega thick & smooth taco sauce, medium
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup sliced green onion (about 3)
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 cups four-cheese mexican blend cheese (8 ounces)
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 400º f.
- 2 place tortillas on baking sheet (s).
- 3 bake for 3 to 4 minutes or until crisp.
- 4 spread refried beans evenly on tortillas.
- 5 spread 1 tablespoon taco sauce over beans.
- 6 top with bell peppers, green onions and crushed red pepper.
- 7 sprinkle with cheese.
- 8 bake for 7 to 8 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- 9 cut into wedges.
- 10 a pizza cutter works great for this.
