Ingredients
- 2 (15 ounce) cans black beans
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon dried cilantro
Recipe
- 1 coarsely mash half the beans by hand.
- 2 add the remaining whole beans and all of the other ingredients, blending well.
- 3 cover and chill.
- 4 serve with tortilla chips or anything of your choice.
