Cocktail Reubens

Total Time: 38 mins Preparation Time: 25 mins Cook Time: 13 mins

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
  • mustard
  • 10 ounces sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
  • 1 lb cocktail franks
  • 1 egg yolk, lightly beaten
  • caraway seed

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 375.
  • 2 separate dough into triangles.
  • 3 cut each triangle into 3 triangles.
  • 4 spread with mustard.
  • 5 top with very think layer of sauerkraut and 1 cocktail frank.
  • 6 roll to enclose.
  • 7 brush with egg yolk and dip into caraway seeds.
  • 8 place on unreased baking sheet and bake till golden brown, about 10 to 13 minutes.
  • 9 serve immediately.
