Cocktail Reubens

Ingredients
- 8 ounces refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
- mustard
- 10 ounces sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
- 1 lb cocktail franks
- 1 egg yolk, lightly beaten
- caraway seed
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375.
- 2 separate dough into triangles.
- 3 cut each triangle into 3 triangles.
- 4 spread with mustard.
- 5 top with very think layer of sauerkraut and 1 cocktail frank.
- 6 roll to enclose.
- 7 brush with egg yolk and dip into caraway seeds.
- 8 place on unreased baking sheet and bake till golden brown, about 10 to 13 minutes.
- 9 serve immediately.
