- 2 medium hass avocadoes
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 3 tablespoons tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons cilantro, minced
Recipe
- 1 cut the avocados in half and remove the seeds.
- 2 scoop out the pulp and place in a bowl.
- 3 drizzle the pulp with lemon juice and mash.
- 4 combine with the remaining ingredients, mix well and serve.
