California Shrimp Topper

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 ounces sharp cheddar cheese
  • avocado, slices 8 thin slices
  • 16 triscuit crackers
  • 8 small cooked clen shrimp, cut lengthwise in half
  • 2 tablespoons thick chunky salsa

Recipe

  • 1 cut cheese into 8 slices, cut each slice diagonally in half.
  • 2 cut avocado slices crosswise in half.
  • 3 top crackers with cheese, avocados, shrimp and salsa.
  • 4 serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
