Ingredients

- 2 ounces sharp cheddar cheese
- avocado, slices 8 thin slices
- 16 triscuit crackers
- 8 small cooked clen shrimp, cut lengthwise in half
- 2 tablespoons thick chunky salsa
Recipe
- 1 cut cheese into 8 slices, cut each slice diagonally in half.
- 2 cut avocado slices crosswise in half.
- 3 top crackers with cheese, avocados, shrimp and salsa.
- 4 serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
