- 1 cup brussels sprout, leaves (outer leaves from 1 pound of sprouts)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt
- lemon zest
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 mix the leaves, olive oil and salt (to taste) in a large bowl.
- 3 place in single layer on a cookie sheet.
- 4 bake for 8-10 minutes until edges are crispy.
- 5 top with lemon zest.
- 6 serve immediately.
