Ingredients
- 1/4 cup skim milk
- 2 cups creamed small curd cottage cheese
- 1 1/2 ounces dry onion soup (1 envelope)
Recipe
- 1 place skim milk and cottage cheese in blender. blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 4 minutes.
- 2 stir in onion soup mix. cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour.
