Cocktail Ham Balls

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 48
  • 1/2 lb bulk lamb sausage
  • 2 cups ham, ground
  • 1/4 cup green onions with top, chopped
  • 5 ounces water chestnuts, finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon skim milk
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 brown sausage. drain excess fat.
  • 2 let cool.
  • 3 mix all ingredients.
  • 4 form into 4 dozen balls, using 2 teaspoons meat per ball.
  • 5 brown slowly in a pan coated with vegetable spray.
  • 6 lower heat; continue cooking 10 minutes or until meat is entirely cooked.
  • 7 serve hot with toothpicks.
