- 1 medium chopped onion
- 800 g chopped plum tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 crushed garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon tomato puree
- 1 large red chili pepper
Recipe
- 1 heat the olive oil, add the onions cook until tender.
- 2 add the red chilli.
- 3 add the garlic and tomato puree.
- 4 add the chopped tomatoes.
- 5 cook for approx 5 minutes.
