Cheesy Artichoke Bread

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 loaf crusty italian bread, sliced in half lengthwise
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (11 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 minced garlic cloves

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 375.
  • 2 place italian bread crust sides down on a baking sheet.
  • 3 in a medium sized bowl combine parmesan and mozzarella cheese, artichokes, mayo and garlic. mix well.
  • 4 spread mixture on top of italian bread.
  • 5 bake for 20-25 mins or until top is golden.
