Cheesy Artichoke Bread

- 1 loaf crusty italian bread, sliced in half lengthwise
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 (11 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 minced garlic cloves
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375.
- 2 place italian bread crust sides down on a baking sheet.
- 3 in a medium sized bowl combine parmesan and mozzarella cheese, artichokes, mayo and garlic. mix well.
- 4 spread mixture on top of italian bread.
- 5 bake for 20-25 mins or until top is golden.
