Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) package low-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1 teaspoon grated orange rind
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons flaked coconut
Recipe
- 1 combine first 4 ingredients, stirring until well blended.
- 2 spoon into a serving dish, and sprinkle with coconut.
- 3 serve spread with gingersnaps, bagels or crackers.
