Coconut-cranberry Cheese Spread

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) package low-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 teaspoon grated orange rind
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons flaked coconut

Recipe

  • 1 combine first 4 ingredients, stirring until well blended.
  • 2 spoon into a serving dish, and sprinkle with coconut.
  • 3 serve spread with gingersnaps, bagels or crackers.
