Chutney N' Carrot Filling

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup carrot, grated
  • 2 cups fresh coriander leaves
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 4 green chilies, to taste
  • salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon lime juice, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 spread a spoonful of chutney evenly over each crepe.
  • 2 sprinkle 1-2 tbsps of carrots over chutney.
  • 3 fold the crepe into the desired shape.
  • 4 repeat the same procedure with all the crepes.
