Cheese 'n Bacon Stuffed Mushrooms

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 12 large fresh mushrooms (1 lb.)
  • 4 ounces philadelphia cream cheese, softened
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 4 slices oscar mayer bacon, cooked, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup kraft shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Recipe

  • 1 heat oven to 350°f.
  • 2 remove stems from mushrooms; discard or reserve for another use.
  • 3 mix remaining ingredients; spoon into mushroom caps. place, filled-sides up, in shallow baking dish.
  • 4 bake 18 to 20 minute or until heated through.
