Ingredients

• monterey jack cheese
• cayenne pepper

Recipe

• 1 here's something fun - get some monterey jack cheese - cut into triangles or circles, about 1/8" thick.
• 2 lay on a parchment-lined cookie sheet - sprinkle light to medium amounts of cayenne pepper on each piece.
• 3 bake at 375f about 7 minutes or until cheese is holey and starting to get real light brown around the edges.
• 4 remove; cool on paper towel.
