Cheddar-olive Balls

Ingredients

- 1/2 lb sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon accent seasoning
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
- 12 ounces stuffed green olives
Recipe
- 1 mix cheese and butter well.
- 2 sift in next 5 ingredients and combine into a dough.
- 3 take a small ball of dough and flatten with your hand to wrap around and cover an olive. you want to seal in the olive completely with a thin layer, but not too thin. try a tablespoon or so to start, and see how it works with the size olives you use.
- 4 bake at 400 for 10-15 minutes.
