Ingredients

- 8 ounces heavy cream
- 10 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cumin
Recipe
- 1 heat cream in medium saucepan until hot. do not boil. add remaining ingredients. heat until cheese is melted and mixture is smooth.
- 2 pour into warming dish or fondue pot. serve hot with tortilla chips.
