Cheddar-cumin Fondue

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 8 ounces heavy cream
  • 10 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon dry mustard
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground cumin

Recipe

  • 1 heat cream in medium saucepan until hot. do not boil. add remaining ingredients. heat until cheese is melted and mixture is smooth.
  • 2 pour into warming dish or fondue pot. serve hot with tortilla chips.
