Carnation "buttermilk" Dressing

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup carnation evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
Recipe
- 1 combine carnation evaporated milk and lemon juice. reserve.
- 2 place remaining ingredients in food processor or blender. add reserved carnation mixture. process until well combined. refrigerate until ready to use.
