Ingredients
- 500 g pulp of matured mangoes (they should not be ripe)
- 150 g dates
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 inches cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 2 -3 green cardamoms
- 4 cups water
- 3/4 tablespoon salt
- 9 tablespoons sugar
Recipe
- 1 peel and chop mangoes into small cubes.
- 2 mix in all the ingredients and cook till thick.
- 3 stir continuously.
- 4 remove from heat and serve.
