Brandied Roquefort Balls From The Plaza Hotel In New York

Ingredients

  • 2 cups crumbled roquefort cheese
  • 1/4 cup sweet kerry irish gold butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 3 tablespoons brandy
  • 1/4-1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Recipe

  • 1 cream the cheese and butter together until smooth.
  • 2 blend in mustard and brandy.
  • 3 shape into a big ball, if desired
  • 4 chill in the refrigerator.
  • 5 you can also shape the chilled cheese mixture into bite-sized balls and roll in the chopped nuts.
