Black Bean Hummus

Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans
- 1/4 cup vegetable stock or 1/4 cup water
- 3 tablespoons tahini
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
- salt (to taste)
- cayenne pepper (to taste)
Recipe
- 1 rinse and drain the canned beans.
- 2 place the first 6 ingredients into food processor.
- 3 whirl it together until smooth *hey if you like chunky, go for it!*.
- 4 add the salt and cayenne to taste.
- 5 refrigerate for 1 or 2 hours to allow flavors to meld.
- 6 spoon into a bowl and serve with your preferred dippers.
