Black Bean & Corn Salsa

Ingredients

  • Servings: 20
  • 1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 (15 ounce) can black beans
  • 1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans
  • 1 (15 ounce) can yellow corn
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Recipe

  • 1 hand mix all ingredients into a large bowl. add salt and pepper to taste. place in refrigerator over night to let flavors marry.
