Bedeviled Eggs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 8 large hard-boiled eggs, peeled
  • 1/4 cup tartar sauce
  • 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons tabasco sauce
  • paprika

Recipe

  • 1 cut eggs in half lengthwise.
  • 2 scoop out yolks; place in small bowl.
  • 3 add tartar sauce, mustard and tabasco; mash with fork.
  • 4 season with salt and pepper.
  • 5 spoon mixture into egg halves, dividing equally.
  • 6 sprinkle with paprika.
  • 7 can be made 6 hours ahead.
  • 8 cover; chill.
