- 8 large hard-boiled eggs, peeled
- 1/4 cup tartar sauce
- 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
- 1 1/4 teaspoons tabasco sauce
- paprika
Recipe
- 1 cut eggs in half lengthwise.
- 2 scoop out yolks; place in small bowl.
- 3 add tartar sauce, mustard and tabasco; mash with fork.
- 4 season with salt and pepper.
- 5 spoon mixture into egg halves, dividing equally.
- 6 sprinkle with paprika.
- 7 can be made 6 hours ahead.
- 8 cover; chill.
