Ingredients

- 2 raw bananas
- 4 slices bacon
- 2 slices bread
- oil (for frying)
Recipe
- 1 peel the bananas and slit both bananas lengthwise.
- 2 wrap a bacon strip in each piece and secure with a toothpick.
- 3 now grill these pieces.
- 4 remove the crusts from bread slices and cut into four triangular pieces.
- 5 fry these in hot oil.
- 6 place grilled banana bacon on fried slices and serve hot with sauce.
