Baked Chicken Finger Spicy Glaze

Ingredients

- 1 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 24 chicken breasts, 1 inch pieces
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1/2 cup thai sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon dried chives
- 1/2 cup water
Recipe
- 1 place the flour, salt and pepper into a large zip loc bag and set aside until needed.
- 2 coat the chicken pieces in flour mixture.
- 3 preheat oven to 350° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. place them in the oven and cook for 30 minutes.
- 4 in a separate sauce pan, place on medium heat and add remaining ingredients and bring to a simmer. one everything is combined thoroughly brings to a boil.
- 5 remove chicken fingers from the oven and place in a large bowl.
- 6 add the sauce over the chicken fingers and toss to coat.
