Ingredients

- wooden skewer (8 inch)
- 1 pint grape tomatoes
- 20 small bocconcini, balls (fresh mozzarella)
- 24 fresh basil leaves
- good quality olive oil, to drizzle
- salt and pepper (optional)
Recipe
- 1 skewer tomatoes, basil and cheese.
- 2 drizzle lightly with oil and add salt and pepper to taste.
