Cocktail Reubens

Ingredients

• 1 (2 1/2 ounce) package corn beef, chopped
• 2 ounces swiss cheese, finely shredded
• 1 (8 ounce) can sauerkraut, rinsed and drained well
• 1/2 cup thousand island dressing
• 24 slices french bread, 1/4 inch

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven 375 degrees f.
• 2 combine corn beef, cheese, sauerkraut and dressing mix well.
• 3 place bread slices on a cookie sheet top with mixture.
• 4 bake 10 to 12 minutes until cheese is melted.
