Best Ever Cheese Ball

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) package philadelphia cream cheese (not whipped)
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped green onion
  • 1 tablespoon accent seasoning, flavor enhancer
  • 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple (well-drained)
  • chopped pecans (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 let the cream cheese soften a bit on the counter.
  • 2 chop green pepper and green onion as fine as possible.
  • 3 drain pineapple repeatedly (the more moisture you can get out of it the better your cheeseball will form).
  • 4 combine all ingredients in small bowl.
  • 5 chill for 1/2 hour.
  • 6 form into a ball and, if desired, roll in chopped pecans.
  • 7 chill until ready to serve.
