Caviar Egg Salad Appetizer

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces red caviar
  • 4 ounces black caviar
  • 8 hard-boiled eggs, mashed
  • 1 onion, diced finely
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper, to taste be careful caviar is salty
  • melba toast

Recipe

  • 1 mix together eggs, onion, mayonnaise and pepper.
  • 2 mound onto a festive plate.
  • 3 spread each caviar across each half of the mound.
  • 4 arrange toast around the mound.
  • 5 serve using a plastic or porcelain spreader.
  • 6 caviar and metals don't mix.
