Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves
- 19 ounces canned chick-peas
- 1/3 cup tahini
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
Recipe
- 1 rinse and drain chick peas.
- 2 in food processor blend garlic, chick peas, tahini and salt - blend well. keep processing and add olive oil and lemon juice - blend well.
