Bobbie's Hummus

Ingredients

  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 19 ounces canned chick-peas
  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice

Recipe

  • 1 rinse and drain chick peas.
  • 2 in food processor blend garlic, chick peas, tahini and salt - blend well. keep processing and add olive oil and lemon juice - blend well.
