Baked Potato Skins

Ingredients

- 6 large potatoes
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 1/4 teaspoons pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon parmesan cheese
- sour cream
Recipe
- 1 scrub potatoes throughly, prick several times with a fork.
- 2 bake at 400 for 1 hour, or until done.
- 3 allow to cool to touch.
- 4 cut potatoes in half lenthwise.
- 5 carefully scoop out pulp, leaving about 1/4 inch thick shells.
- 6 cut each shell lenthwise into 1 inch wide strips.
- 7 place on ungreased baking sheet.
- 8 brush tops of strips with butter.
- 9 sprinkle with seasonings and cheese.
- 10 bake at 400 for 10-12 minutes, or until crisp.
- 11 serve warm with sour cream.
