- 1 lb jalapeno jack cheese, grated
- 1 lb yellow cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 plum tomato, chopped and seeded
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
- 4 ounces lager beer
Recipe
- 1 melt cheese and beer in a saucepan over medium heat.
- 2 once melted, stir in tomato and cilantro and transfer to serving dish/fondue dish.
- 3 serve with tortillas or corn chips.
