- 1 (8 ounce) package halloumi cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
Recipe
- 1 slice the cheese about 3/8th inch thick, brush with olive oil on both sides and sear in a hot pan.
- 2 the cheese should be a golden color on each side. if you pan is hot enough, it should only take one to two minutes per side.
