- 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup mango chutney
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
Recipe
- 1 remove fruit chunks from chutney and cut fine.
- 2 place prepared chutney in medium bowl and add remaining ingredients.
- 3 mix well.
- 4 cover and chill one day before serving.
- 5 serve with thin crackers.
