- 1 lb velveeta cheese
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 4 ounces diced green chilies
Recipe
- 1 pat out velveeta cheese between wax paper.
- 2 roll velveeta into a rectangle, not too thin, about the length of the platter you will serve it on.
- 3 spread softened cream cheese that has been combined with diced chiles over velveeta.
- 4 roll up into a log.
- 5 chill.
- 6 serve with ritz or other type crackers.
