Ingredients
- 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
- 300 g manchego cheese, grated (or which ever cheese you choose)
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Recipe
- 1 heat the evaporated milk, the grated cheese and the cornstarch.
- 2 move it constantly until thick.
- 3 serve hot or as you wish!
