Cheese Dip/sauce

Total Time: 7 mins Preparation Time: 2 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 300 g manchego cheese, grated (or which ever cheese you choose)
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Recipe

  • 1 heat the evaporated milk, the grated cheese and the cornstarch.
  • 2 move it constantly until thick.
  • 3 serve hot or as you wish!
