Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups cheese (shredded)
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon water
Recipe
- 1 cream butter and cheese, beat in flour, salt and cayenne.
- 2 shape dough into flat patty.
- 3 cover. chill 2 hours.
- 4 roll out. cut.
- 5 place on ungreased sheets.
- 6 mix egg and water and brush with egg wash.
- 7 bake 10-12 mins 350.
