Black Bean Hummus

Ingredients
- 1 (1 lb) can garbanzo beans
- 1 (1 lb) can black beans
- 3 cups olive oil
- 1 pinch ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
- 1/2 lime, juice of
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chili powder
- 1 pinch ground coriander
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon
- 3/4 teaspoon tahini
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients in a large bowl. add the ingredients to a food processor and process in batches.
- 2 blend until smooth.
- 3 place into individual 16-ounce serving size containers.
- 4 serve with 1 bag prepared pita chips (16 chips per serving).
