kowloon's chinese chicken wings
Ingredients
- Servings: 10
 
-  3 pounds chicken wings 
 
-  3 tablespoons salt 
 
-  2 tablespoons white sugar 
 
-  6 tablespoons water 
 
-  6 tablespoons soy sauce 
 
-  1 tablespoon 
 
-  1/4 teaspoon ground ginger 
 
-  1 quart vegetable oil for frying 
 
Recipe
- for marinade: combine the salt, sugar, water, soy sauce, and ginger. put mixture in a zipper style plastic bag, add chicken and marinate for 24 hours or as long as possible, turning bag frequently.
