Coffee Cream Cheese Spread

Ingredients

• 2 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
• 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon instant coffee granules

Recipe

• 1 in a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, confectioners' sugar and coffee granules until light and fluffy.
• 2 serve with bread, bagels or toast.
• 3 store in the refrigerator.
• 4 yield: 1 cup.
