• 1 cup ketchup
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon vinegar
• 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
• 1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
• 1 tablespoon cilantro
• salt and pepper

• 1 mix all the ingredients together and chill.
