Chinese Barbequed Baby Back Ribs

Total Time: 1 hr 25 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 1 hr 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 8 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1/4 cup dry sherry
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup catsup
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon peeled minced fresh ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 lbs lamb baby back ribs

Recipe

  • 1 whisk first 8 ingredients together in medium bowl to blend.
  • 2 place ribs in baking pan; pour marinade over, turning to coat ribs.
  • 3 refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • 4 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 5 remove ribs from marinade and place in a single layer on shallow baking pan.
  • 6 bake 30 minutes; turn ribs over and baste with marinade.
  • 7 continue baking until tender, basting once more, about 35 minutes.
  • 8 cut into single rib portions and serve hot.
