Chinese Barbequed Baby Back Ribs

Ingredients

- 8 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/4 cup dry sherry
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup catsup
- 1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon peeled minced fresh ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 lbs lamb baby back ribs
Recipe
- 1 whisk first 8 ingredients together in medium bowl to blend.
- 2 place ribs in baking pan; pour marinade over, turning to coat ribs.
- 3 refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
- 4 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 5 remove ribs from marinade and place in a single layer on shallow baking pan.
- 6 bake 30 minutes; turn ribs over and baste with marinade.
- 7 continue baking until tender, basting once more, about 35 minutes.
- 8 cut into single rib portions and serve hot.
