Browned Beef Tongue

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 1 beef tongue
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • sifted whole wheat bread crumbs
  • salt

Recipe

  • 1 cut beef tongue diagonally into 1/2 inch slices; dip in mixture of 1 egg, milk then dredge in the whole wheat bread crumbs.
  • 2 saute` with high heat until brown in each side; sprinkle with salt (optional).
