Best Ever Beer Cheese

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 1 (3 lb) package velveeta cheese (shredded)
  • 1 (16 ounce) bag of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 3 tablespoons dry mustard
  • 2 tablespoons onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons cayenne pepper (or emeril's bamm !)
  • 1 tablespoon tabasco sauce
  • 1 (12 ounce) bottle beer (coors)

Recipe

  • 1 blend all ingredients together in a food processor.
  • 2 (mixer can be used but it takes a long time to get it smooth.) let stand in refrigerator 24- 48 hours and serve with crackers or celery sticks.
