- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves

- 1 place first three ingredients in saucepan over medium heat. heat, stirring frequently, until cheeses are melted and mixture in well blended. stir in chopped cilantro.
- 2 serve warm with tortilla chips.
